Customers are entitled to return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them, with no explanation necessary, as long as the items have not been used and are returned in the same condition as they were received. If they have been used; or altered in any way; or the customer has broken and tried to repair the items themselves without consultation, the customer is considered to have 'accepted' the goods. If the items are received and deemed to be unaltered upon inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days of the item(s) being returned back to Lammer Engineering.
